By accessing this mobile app, you are agreeing to be bound by these mobile app Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. In no event shall VISTORIA 360 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VISTORIA 360's Internet app, even if VISTORIA 360 or a VISTORIA 360 authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
